Today is the start of a new running week. Make a commitment today to have your best week of running so far in '09! Eat healthy! Get your sleep! Ice your boo-boos and STRETCH while you watch tv! Challenge yourself to run faster or further than you ever have before.
I'm gunning for a personal best of 18 miles this Saturday and I plan on running it come snow, rain, tornado, drought, tsunami, or most unlikely sunshine!
If you feel a lack of motivation to run, remember that there are 11 other people counting on you to pull your weight and get to that 9:00 mile average!
