Mary and Tiff did 1 1/2 hours!

Okay I was going to drive all the way to Cedar this morning to get in an "elevation" run but decided to stay home in Mesquite and run with Mary and we did awesome! 1 1/2 hours!! We felt great. Gonna have to go pace it in the car but I'm sure it was more than 8 miles. Mean hills in there! I took Mary on the very meanest Hill that Mesquite has, and it kicked us both but we did it. I wish the race was next week, I feel ready right now and I really want a Pepsi!!! Hope everyone is doing great! Tiff
