Starting time...FINALLY!!!

If you didn't see this in your e-mail already, we're officially starting at 7:50 am. I think our average time is 9:00 mile. So you can look at the race bible and gauge when you think you will be running give or take an hour or two.

I just got done running 6 miles in 70 degree weather, but it felt like 90 cuz I'm used to running in 55 degree weather. Try to run in the heat to get used to it. I know you southerners don't have that issue.
