SENECA!!!!

I wanted everyone to know that Seneca emailed me today to inform me that she hasn't been running. "I've been too busy." So I wanted to publicly motivate her by letting everyone know. HAHA!! I hope you are laughing too Seneca. Let's keep in mind that it's easy to say we are too busy but really we all have time. We may have to sacrifice a few other things in our day so that we can find that hour to run. It's all worth it in the end.
