I just got a text from Brady saying that he's gonna go run the brutal 3-mile loop by his house tonight. By BRUTAL I mean it is straight uphill and downhill for all 3 miles! He lives up by Suncrest and there will probably be a foot or two of snow by the time he gets home and runs! Hence, the Snow Bunny name! Que te vaya bien primo!
I unfortunately have to succumb to the treadmill when I get home today because I am watching the offspring while Brenna does a couple of people's hair (Yeah she's a Cosmetologist). Then Brenna will probably go run after she gets done with that...right Brenna? :) She had a good work out at the Britney Spears concert last night and somehow ended up in the fifth row. Hopefully she didn't get too close to Britney and catch a disease!

It is Friday the 17th. I have had the best week yet. I went and got a new pair of shoes before I read Kip's post about shoes. I work with a guy in my office and his son is a podiatrist. He thinks New Balance shoes are the best so that is what I a went for. One problem is that in my old shoes on a 5.5 mile run Saturday I bruised my heel a little. I am excited to run this afternoon (that is a change because it has been d#%* hard so far). Maybe I have turned the corner.
