Don't be shy. We all want to hear how everybody's training is going. There's 8 or 9 of ya that have signed on to the blog. Enlighten us with your goals and experiences.
The main reason why I ran my 18 miles last Saturday is because I POSTED it on here that I'd do it. That was my motivation and it worked because I really didn't want to run. SO try it out and see if it helps ya.
Set a goal, share it on the blog, and then return and report! :)
FOR EXAMPLE: I'm running the SLC Half Marathon in 10 days(April 18). My goal is 1:45 (8 minute mile pace). By posting this on here, I'll be thinking about it during the race regardless of wind, rain, pain, sickness, or mental fatigue on race day!

Because of Kip's tremendous motivation, I am going to go run tonight and not die of a heart attack or puke when I finish. Plus I will not be stiff and tight in the morning when I wake up.
