Ragnar Video added to the running links!

For some of you who haven't ran this before, here's an idea of  what it's like.

Notice how almost every single shot involves somebody RUNNING!!!  That's the idea here, so keep pushing it.  There are plenty of runners not in this film that didn't train and are puking off the side of the road.  

TRANSLATION: If ya want to be a Ragnar Movie Star,  Step yo game up!  :)

p.s. Congrats to Seneca for running 11 miles on Saturday. Just a reminder that anybody wanting to run the St. George Marathon, the 6 month countdown has begun. Brady and I have put in for the lottery.

    We really should look at doing a youtube video this year. That gets me pumped watching that video.

    Who is "pin"? I actually have video from last year's Ragnar of Casey, Brady, and myself that I can put on Youtube.
